1What you send us

The inquiry forms on this website ask for your name, company, email address, phone number, the square footage you need, and a description of the use. The employment enquiry asks for similar details. Everything on those forms is optional except your name and email address, which we need in order to reply.

When you submit a form, that information is emailed to our office at info@edcspringdale.com. It isn't published anywhere, and it is not added to any list you did not ask to join.

2Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to send you property information you have asked for, and to arrange a walk-through. If a lease results, we keep the correspondence as part of the transaction record.

We don't sell your information. We don't trade it or rent it. We do not share it outside the company except where a lender, title company, surveyor, or attorney is part of a transaction you have asked us to pursue, or where the law requires us to.

3How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for two years, then deleted. Records connected to a signed lease are kept for as long as the tenancy runs and for seven years afterwards, which is what our accountants and insurers require.

4Analytics

If analytics are running on this site, they count page views and tell us which properties get attention. That data is aggregated. We don't use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not build profiles from it. See the cookie policy for the detail.

5Your choices

Write to info@edcspringdale.com and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There's no form and no charge. We'll come back to you within thirty days.

If we ever email you something you did not ask for, every message will carry a way to stop it.

6Accuracy of property information

Square footages, dimensions, clear heights, zoning, utility capacities, and building specifications shown on this website are believed accurate but are approximate. They should be independently verified before you rely on them. Availability is subject to change, prior lease, and withdrawal without notice.

Nothing on this website is an offer, and no page constitutes a lease or a binding commitment.

7Children

This site is aimed at businesses looking for commercial space. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Anything material gets spelled out here.
